
Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Fares, we aim to make travel discovery simple, transparent, and flexible. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so we've designed a straightforward refund and cancellation policy that balances fairness and convenience.
Fares offers two paid subscription options:
- Pro: $5.83 per month, billed annually ($69.99 per year)
- Fares One-Time: $99 one-time payment
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions are billed upfront for one year of access to your selected plan and renew automatically unless canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your experience on Fares. If for any reason you're not satisfied or wish to cancel, you may do so during the 15-day trial period. Once payment for a subscription billing cycle has been successfully processed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your trial period or before your next renewal date. Cancellation can be completed through your account settings or by contacting us at farewell@fares.so.
If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to receive deal alerts and access to premium features until that date. However, no refunds, credits, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
In the event of a billing error, such as a duplicate charge caused by a payment processing issue, we may review the matter and, where appropriate, issue a correction at our sole discretion.
We will always notify you in advance of any material pricing or policy changes before renewal where required by applicable law.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
- Automatic renewals: Your subscription renews automatically each year on your billing date unless you cancel beforehand.
- How to cancel: You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing farewell@fares.so.
- After cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until it expires, and you will continue receiving flight alerts and premium access until that date.
- No mid-term refunds: Canceling during your billing period prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current cycle.
We will always notify you in advance of any price or policy changes before renewal.
4. Exceptions
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. In rare cases involving duplicate payments, billing errors, or verified technical issues, requests may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
